At WONWONTUTU, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want you to love your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds. However, we provide store credit for eligible returns made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for store credit:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@wonwontutu.com. Returns must be sent to our designated address, which will be provided upon request. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@wonwontutu.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
